Booking Policy

1. Deposits and Payments

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to departure.

  • Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received and written confirmation issued.

3. Participant Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.

  • You must have valid travel documents and adequate insurance.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Requests to change bookings must be made in writing.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

  • We reserve the right to decline changes requested within 14 days of departure.
