Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by You
If you cancel, the following applies:

  • More than 60 days before departure: refund of all amounts paid minus the deposit.

  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total cost.

  • Less than 30 days before departure: no refund.

2. Cancellations by Us

  • We may cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, insufficient numbers).

  • In such cases, you will receive either a full refund or a credit towards a future trip.

3. No-Shows and Early Departures

  • No refunds will be issued for missed departures, late arrivals, or leaving a trip early.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
