These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Impala Adventures Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a trip, you (“you,” “the client,” “the participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment and issue written confirmation.

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Participation and Responsibility

• Adventure travel carries inherent risks including personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen events. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate.

• You agree to indemnify Impala Adventures Ltd against any claims arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence.

4. Itineraries and Services

• Itineraries are provided as a guide only and may be altered due to weather, local conditions, safety, or operational requirements.

• We reserve the right to substitute accommodation, transportation, or services of a comparable standard without notice.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

• You must ensure you hold a valid passport, visa(s), travel insurance, and any other required documents.

• Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings is mandatory.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
